Sophie Pullen

Sophie Pullen MA(Ed) BSc(Hons) FHEA 

Sophie, a former veterinary nurse and lecturer, now works for Equality Focus as a study skills tutor supporting students in receipt of the Disabled Students Allowance. She changed career path in 2014 and, whilst working as a learning developer at the RVC, completed an MA in Education with a focus on supporting students with learning differences and inclusive education. She subsequently moved to the University of Nottingham and worked across the faculties gaining further insights into students’ study habits. Students have taught Sophie a lot over the years, and by sharing her experiences she hopes to contribute to a greater understanding and awareness of the diverse ways people learn and work.
