Rachel Tucker

Rachel Tucker BSc, BVetMed, MVetMed, CertAVP(ESO), DECVS, MRCVS RCVS and European Specialist in Equine Surgery 

Rachel graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2005. She completed an equine internship at Liphook Equine Hospital and worked in mixed and equine practice before returning to the Royal Veterinary College in 2013 to undertake a residency in equine surgery, becoming a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Surgery in 2017. After a spell as an equine surgeon in Yorkshire, Rachel returned to Liphook Equine Hospital in 2017 where sees a wide variety of surgical, orthopaedic, and poor performance cases. Rachel has a particular interest in conditions of the neck, working as part of a multidisciplinary specialist team at Liphook Equine Hospital.
