Florent David

Florent David DVM, MSc, Dipl. ACVS/ECVS, Dipl ACVSMR/ECVSMR, ECVDI Assoc. 

After studying veterinary medicine in Lyon, France, Florent trained in equine surgery at the University of Montreal, Canada, where he became ACVS/ECVS diplomate in 2007. In 2011, Florent became ECVDI Associate member and then ACVSMR(2012)/ECVSMR(2020) diplomate. Since 2001, Florent has practiced in several universities and private hospitals all over the world, and is now based in Mazy, Belgium, where he is hospital manager of the new EquiTom - Namur Clinic (Equine Care Group). Orthopaedic and minimally-invasive surgery, reproductive surgery, lameness and poor performance evaluations and ultrasonography are some of his centres of clinical interest. Kitesurfing is his favorite sport.
