Anna Mitchell

Anna Mitchell BVM&S DipACT MRCVS 

Following graduation from Edinburgh University in 2011, Anna completed an internship at the B&W Equine Hospital, UK and then a medicine fellowship at Hagyard Equine Medical Institute in Kentucky, followed by stud seasons in Scone, Australia. In 2017 She went on to undertake a theriogenology residency at Cornell University, where she stayed on as a clinical instructor for a time after. Anna became a board-certified diplomate of the American College of Theriogenologists in 2019 and returned to B&W Equine Vets' stud department in 2020. In 2024 she became an RCVS recognised specialist in equine reproduction.
